Today I came to buy fuel in the first filling station and I waited only to see a person allowing a boda boda driver to compute and serve himself fuel and I had already paid and when I complained I was silenced I felt bad because It means you have some special customers and others not really considered it is lexo in kitale

Mpesa delays and ladies doesn't have good rapoo with customers

It's bad because your staff the ones in uniform keep on disturbing female refillers or passengers and get rude when they are told and that has happened to me twice and I can even give the contact of the boda guy of that day as a witness. I even asked if they have professionalism as a value. This second incident happened yesterday on Friday 18th April at around 3 so please check out the man who was on duty on that day. It was him who did it again the first time and even went to the extent of asking me if I am married. That was on my first encounter
